Emiratisation
In line with the Dubai Plan 2021 and the 7-Year National Agenda to promote Emiratisation and empower national talent, Dubai Parks and Resorts has introduced two programmes to nurture a new generation of talent for the theme-park industry. We are proud to say that the majority of these Emirati graduates currently work in our parks across a variety of roles and departments.
